Personal:

Like Lebron, I am just a kid from Akron who has moved to University Heights, just east of #TheLand. I am an avid fan of all things Cleveland, futbol (indoor and out), rugby, trail runs, and especially any activity that gets me outside with my two boys. To help maintain some levity at home, our family spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking together (homemade pasta is my specialty), playing games at the dining room table, listening to music, and a lot of dancing to let the energy out and generate some laughs. And in the few moments of quiet, a good read from the NY Times 100 best books of all-time list is my first- choice activity.

Philosophy

Start with Margaret Thatcher, “Plan your work for today and every day, then work the plan.”

Understand that project management is equal parts art, science, meticulous planning, and a tenacious problem-solving mindset. This requires a willingness and capacity to adapt, remain agile, and pivot as situations arise that demand a revised course of action. And at all times, maintain a positive attitude and commitment to partner with the project team to achieve the desired outcomes; it is the collective effort and sweat equity that delivers project success.

Finish with Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The reward of a thing well done is having done it.”
