“I strongly believe that a successful healthcare system implementation must start with the people the system impacts.”
“Work with hospitals to develop a project management approach that’s customized to fit their mission and strengths with a strong focus on communication and collaboration to deliver solutions that improve patient experience and care. I believe a successful project requires strong participation from all team members. The role of the project manager is critical, as we are the ones that facilitate team building and manage team relationships. In this manner, a project manager has the capability to influence the success of a project beyond strictly developing and executing project plans.”
